Mandarin Garden Restaurant is a 72 seat casual-dining restaurant. We focus on modern and authentic Asian cuisines. Our menu is inspired from different countries’ specialties and appeal to a diverse clientele. You can get modern specialties like Sesame Chicken, Moo Goo Gai Pan, and Pepper Steak, or you can go a little bit more Authentic and choose Chong Qing Chicken, Braised Pork, or Bitter Mellon with Eggs. We also have a great selection of noodle entrees every day plus daily Luncheon specials served with rice and soup or egg roll.

Prior to Mandarin Garden Restaurant, Zhi Liang spent 10+ years serving as an executive chef for Lees Restaurant in New York City. He brings a blend of modern and classic asian cuisines to Buffalo.

Kristy holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Stoney Brook College. Prior to Mandarin Garden Restaurant, she managed China Dragon and New Chinatown restaurants.
